My system is based on simplicity and efficiency. I’ve trimmed away the nonsense that slows down the learning curve and packed the highest value material into bite-sized chunks that allow you to absorb useful techniques quickly.
One major benefit of personal training is that you’re getting one-on-one attention the entire time. It can easily take a month in a regular training facility to accumulate one hour worth of attention. This is because your trainer usually has their attention spread among 10 – 30 people, if not more.
